I wouldn't go back! Ever! It was a ridiculous and frustrating experience. Mediocre food. What happened over a scoop of ice cream was astonishing.
I went for dinner with my family, wife, kids. mother in-law, niece etc. Dinner was OK but not fantastic. We never complained, we just enjoyed each others company. The topper was we ordered ice cream, (2 flavors) for dessert. Everyone winced with displeasure about one flavor of ice cream. It was green tea, but it was gritty and nasty. I have had green tea ice cream before and this was not good. I received the check before we finished desert. My check was for about $178.00 plus I was tipping about 20% on top.
I asked the waitress to please take back the ice cream and bring us another flavor, no one liked it and it was gritty. The waitress came back and said" Sorry no returns on the ice cream! I could'nt believe my ears! $200 check and they would'nt replace a scoop of ice cream. I asked for the manager and although he offered to refund me the cost of a scoop of ice cream, I wanted my credit card refunded and he said no! Then he said" It's not my problem you don't like the ice cream and took back his offer for the ice cream refund. So I tore up my check, made them rerun my card for the dinner balance and left no tip! I did'nt feel they cared that your there, or if you come back and not very friendly.
One scoop was all it took!
