As someone that is by no means a food connoisseur, I heartily recommend giving this restaurant a go. Must agree that the service has been spotty at times, but they are *extremely* quick about getting your order to you. I highly recommend the Pollo Jose - REALLY tasty! Their rice is also fabulous. :) Certainly not a rip-off, IMHO, and WELL worth it to drop in on 1/2 price margarita night! Hurrah!
Personal tip: When going to this type of casual restaurant, it's UNREALISTIC to expect to be treated like royalty - that attitude will also have an effect on the service you receive. Them's the breaks.
Pros: FAST delivery of food; Good parking; Good food for the not-extremely-discriminating diner (read: COLLEGE STUDENTS!!! :) ; NICE margaritas (thumbs up!)
Cons: Waiters may adopt a policy of avoidance if you act like a princess. ;)
