Review content:
Last time I called Red Top it took them over 40-minutes to pick us up. I have no problem waiting but we were told someone would arrive in 10-15-minutes. We ended up calling 2-3 times for updates and the person from Red Top was very rude to us. This was my only bad experience with this company but it was a negative experience.
