As a fan of Brazilian BBQ (CHURRASCO) I have traveled from one end of Los Angeles to the other as my wife is a native of Sao Paulo so as you can imagine she is hard to please when it comes to AUTHENTIC brazilian BBQ. We had the oppurtunity to vist Gauchos Village in Glendale. The ambiance was second to none. The meats were cooked to perfection I personally recomend the "Spicy Chicken Thigh" to die for. Everyone speaks Portuguese which was awesome. Rare,Med,or well just ask the gaucho! The best in L.A. hand's down!
