Businiess name:  Gauchos Village Brazilian Steak House
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
If you want to experience Brazilian Churrasco, there are a few out there in SoCal. But none is more authentic than Gaucho's Village--it is owned and staffed with Brazilians, and every detail is authentic, from the cheese rolls and farofa of the buffet, to the dress of the waiting staff. This is what separates Gaucho's Village from its competitors. Now some may say that the seasoning on the meat is not to their liking. Well, that is how Brazilians eat their meat, so if you want your steak dripping with BBQ sauce, this is not the place. However, the service is very good, and the staff is receptive to requests on the level of cooking on the meat. This is THE place to go if you want to try Brazilian BBQ and it's a great value too! Be sure to try the delicious chicken wrapped with bacon. Pros: Large buffet, Spacious environment, Clean bathrooms Cons: Limited street parkin
