From the minute my husband and I walked into Joann's space, there was a sense of calm.
the dogs barked only when we came through the door, then she got them all quiet. that by itself was kind of a weird miracle we did not understand, until she told us dogs bark because of stress. our six month old pug liked the place at once. he was hugging and kissing her like she was his new best friend. since training there, he has been more fun to walk and just have around. great place.
Pros: nice atmosphere
