Highly experienced staff with hands-on experience. Almost every animal they offer has literature upon the specific specie right there in house. Very competitive pricing, with a "willing to beat the offer" attitude. The fact that you can go and SEE the animal and handle it on your own is the biggest plus in this hobby. Beats any garbage internet seller hands down! Food and supplies are always in stock, along with bedding, and caging.

Cons: None of the people that represent this store have ever conned me.
