Highly experienced staff with hands-on experience. Almost every animal they offer has literature upon the specific specie right there in house. Very competitive pricing, with a "willing to beat the offer" attitude. The fact that you can go and SEE the animal and handle it on your own is the biggest plus in this hobby. Beats any garbage internet seller hands down! Food and supplies are always in stock, along with bedding, and caging. Pros: Yeah, they're all pros Cons: None of the people that represent this store have ever conned me. more

PERFECT PLACE FOR ALL YOUR EXOTIC NEEDS 3/17/2006

THE CHICAGO REPTILE HOUSE IN ORLAND PARK HAS THE BEST, AND MOST EXOTIC ARRAY OF REPTILES, BIRDS, AND EVEN FISH. THE STAFF IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT ALL THE ANIMALS THEY CARRY AND EVEN ONES THEY DO NOT. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT GETTING AN EXOTIC PET, OR ABOUT ONE YOU HAVE THEY ARE THE PLACE TO GO OR CALL. Pros: MANY EXOTIC ANIMALS, ARRAY OF SUPPLIES, ARRAY OF CAGES Cons: LITTLE COSTLY more
