Review content:
I enjoy going to Brooks just to see what odds and ends are on sale. It's a 12 minute walk from my apartment, so it is a conveniently located drug store. The prices are average and the store is somewhat run-down, but they make up for it by carrying a wide variety of products (I once found a glue-gun there!). Brooks reminds me of a retro drugstore from the 70's--the fact they are able to survive amid a world of CVS's is pretty impressive.
