Review content:
Had occasion to visit the Hackensack Hospital Emergency room last year. We did not wait at all and the staff was courteous and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions and notified family members for us. Excellent bedside manner! Since we had come in by ambulance they had offered a free taxi cab voucher to get home but actually called a friend of ours to pick us up. Great service!
