I was looking for a pump as I was returning to work full-time and although the prices at Isis were more than at a lot of other places (I ended up buying my pump online), the staff there were very knowlegable about all the kinds of pumps and they have a great selection so that I could see what all the kinds were. They also sell lots of medela parts so that if I need a part or a sterilizing bag, i can pick one up right in brookline.
