Friendly, honest, and very reasonably priced service. I thought I needed a chimney cleaning after trying to burn some birch logs instead of our usual Duraflame log and smoke poured into the house. They came between the hours scheduled to look at the chimney. They did no cleaning, but I got a valuable lesson in log burning (which is very different from Duraflame burning) and got some other very useful tips. They charged a modest amount for the house call and inspected the outside as well (suggesting and quoting a price for waterproofing). They could have cleaned the chimney and charged a lot more, but they told me that it didn't really need it. You don't usually find such honesty these days for house maintenance. It was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend them.
