I wouldn't recommend trying to go on a weekend because it's almost impossible to find close parking and navigate your way through the mall. It's always so crowded! The nice thing is the variety of outlet stores they have and how you can get items for reduced prices. They have 2 food courts in the mall and a movie theater. The problem with this is in order to get into the theater, you have to walk outside- you can't just go in from the mall. My favorite store is Gap Outlet because they have so many clothes at reduced prices and then often discount entire styles of clothing, such as all sweaters 25% off what the price tag says.
