I accompanied my friend for their Signature treatment, the Hawaiian Honey Steam wrap. The Massage therapist that took care of me was Andrea Charles. And while she was a nice person, my treatment was not the enjoyable experience I was expecting. Here is what happened: ? Each part of the treatment seemed to go very quick. As Andrea applied the salt scrub, removed, applied the honey, and then wrapped me for the steam room, it was all very rushed and was not relaxing at all. ? After the steam, we were taken back to our rooms to have the mango lotion applied. Andrea actually asked me "Do you just want to stand and I'll apply the lotion really quick....or I guess you can lie down under this blanket if you prefer". I was in shock that she gave me an option to stand undressed and skip lying down for the completion of the treatment. I kindly let her know I'd prefer to lie down under the warm blanket. This was my first experience at a spa, and in my opinion could have been much more relaxing. To come to a beautiful spa such as Two Rivers and spend $90, I do not want to leave feeling like "the last customer of the day". I sent the above detail in a letter to Two River's management asking for a refund. They never contacted me to address the complaint. Pros: Ambience Cons: Service, mangement, cost
