Review content:
I've been an inpatient here and used the emergency room services, and both times I was so glad I went to Mt. Auburn. The environment is much calmer than at the big Boston hospitals; you get more time with the doctors/nurses, everyone is so nice and comforting, and the wait time is shorter. The nursing staff is particularly excellent. Plus it's easy to get to (walkable from the Harvard Square T stop), or they will validate parking in their garage. There's also a walk-in clinic open on weekends, great for when you can't wait til Monday morning to see the doctor.
