Beware of this company! I was verbally told that once my contracted time was met then I could cancel service at any time without penalty. Turns out that you are automatically renewed yearly and must give 60 days notice in order to cancel. Basically your contract never ends. In addition, the system never worked properly. Very annoyed here and paying 220 to get out of this situation.
