Review content:
Avoid this optical at all cost. Their misdiagnosis of eye problems is a constant. The turnover in their optometrists is also a problem for this place.
The service they use to make their glasses has botched up several pairs of not only my glasses but other family members glasses. Twice I got a pair of glasses there and when I picked them up I couldn't see anything because their service put the lenses in the wrong parts of the frame. Roberts told me to just wear them for a few days to get use to them and I ended up going to another optometrist to check the prescription and they told me the lenses were put in the wrong eyes.
This place is like the fast food window of eye care and the patient is always wrong.
I don't know how they keep their license to stay in business.
