Avoid this optical at all cost. Their misdiagnosis of eye problems is a constant. The turnover in their optometrists is also a problem for this place. The service they use to make their glasses has botched up several pairs of not only my glasses but other family members glasses. Twice I got a pair of glasses there and when I picked them up I couldn't see anything because their service put the lenses in the wrong parts of the frame. Roberts told me to just wear them for a few days to get use to them and I ended up going to another optometrist to check the prescription and they told me the lenses were put in the wrong eyes. This place is like the fast food window of eye care and the patient is always wrong. I don't know how they keep their license to stay in business. more

As a child, I dreaded going to the eye doctor. Something about those eye drops that make you blind for a few hours always freaked me out. A few years ago, I heard by word of mouth that Roberts Eyecare was excellent. Although my insurance does not cover eyecare, I made an appointment. I actually got the extra full-eye picture, just in case. this place does not use the blinding eye drops. I was fitted for contacts AND got a new pair of frames with my new prescription, for a decent price. They have a pretty good selection of frames, and the salesmen are very good at helping you pick frames that are good for your face. You also get free adjustments for the life of your glasses. more
