Review content:
You can't help but feel at home when you enter McKay's Used Book Store. The staff greets everyone with a warm "HELLO!" The book selection is wonderful. Prices are superb! They even have an amazing --- in selection and price --- children's section! Other used book stores usually have no children's section or a tiny children's section. Not so at McKay's. The selection of children's books is wonderful! My 4 year old always manages to find a stack of books -- everything from fiction to easy readers to chapter books to fact. Trading your books is quite easy and the credit you receive is very reasonable (sometimes it is evey quite generous!). I am always amazed at how knowledgeable the staff is regarding book genre and titles. (Mainly b/c all my questions usually center around children's books.) The only negative is parking -- but that doesn't keep me away. I'd rather park in the strip mall next door and walk to McKay's then decide not to visit there. Book lovers will find their piece of heaven at McKay's.
