One star is even too high of a rating for Kading. I have never had this bad of a landlord... EVER. When I moved in several things didn't work (heaters, stove top burners, paint was peeling) and when I called to let them know, they never came and fixed ANY of it in the two years that I lived there. I had to go out and buy an electric fireplace in order to stay warm in the winter (which is ABSURD). Then, when I moved out they kept my entire deposit and still made me pay $150 on top of that for them to "clean" and "paint" the entire house. I cleaned the house before I moved out and it looked a lot better than when I moved in. I also don't know how they decide when they are going to paint the house (or if they even did) but somehow I got stuck with that bill when it wasn't even painted when I moved in. I would NOT RECOMMEND renting or doing ANY business with Kading Properties. If I could give zero or negative stars I 100% would. I am not writing this for my benefit at all and just don't want other people to get caught in Kading's MONEY TRAP.
