Review content:
Was a customer for 12 years. To my understanding, under new ownership that comes across as greedy, and don't care about your pet's health. They markup their office meds 2-3x cost of 1800PetMeds/Chewy, and try pushing most expensive options for vaccines. One visit, they messed up my dog dental appointment. On another visit, they were out of stock on a common medication. Last visit, brought dogs in to get vaccines to be taken for boarding, and they chose not to give bordatella even though every dog boarding place requires it nowadays. Was almost late for flight. Manager did call me, but expressed skepticism/said they were going to listen to phone recordings to verify my claims. All of this over $44 bordatella vaccines that I did not have time to pay or else I'd miss my flight. This is not Hwy 58 Animal Hospital of yesterday- this is a new company that just cares about money with new employees every time you go in. Pet owner beware.
