Signed up and pre-paid for 6 treatments for 2020. Had to call them 3 different times to remind them to treat my grass. Their treatments made absolutely no difference to my lawn whatsoever. In 2021, I switched to another service which was more expensive but they actually do what they say and provide a quality service. Meanwhile, TLC has continued to treat my grass without authorization. These double treatments have now killed my grass and when I called TLC, the customer service rep told me that I signed up for an auto-renewal. However, I have no contract stating this and I keep all my documentation. Oh, and when I question the rep about it, she hung up on me. Classy move, Felicia. Whatever happened to customer service? Whatever happened to delivering a quality service? Whatever happened to honesty and integrity? I have never once called them and spoke with someone who wasn't rude, nasty and completely incompetent. Despicable company.
