If you want to get ripped off by a Government Certified IID Manufacturer then Skyfine USA is the company for you! They will threatened you with "Non Compliance" with the DMV, They will say "all applicable fees are in the contract you signed" contract is a hand held electronic device!I read in one review (BBB) that they threatened a customer with Non-compliance who was just shopping around ,gotta read some of those "having your impounded if you don't pay"! And so on! Remember this is a MFG and works as an agent for the state! If you are a victim to this fabulous fantastic fraudulent F Rating Co.No need to worry even if you been convicted of a DUI TRUST ME!! There is a certain agency that got to see the truth! So make your complaints with the Attorney General in your state,The Federal Trade Commission,Your District Attorney in the city you live in, The Department Of Motor Vehicles Actions Unit. These Government Agencies Would Love To Hear From You! You might want to check out the DMV IID HAND BOOK! IF YOUR SMART YOU CAN PUT THE 2IN2 TOGETHER (NOT GOING TO SAY ANYMORE I DONT WANT TO SPOIL IT FOR YOU!) DO YOUR PART I DID MINE WITH A DUI UNDER MY BELT! Must of been the Burden of Proof!
