Couldn't believe it after I had purchased my new Rav 4 premium for thirty two thousand dollars and was getting in the car for ownership and I was told there will be no floor mats . As though they were removed . I mean floor mats are removed and then you have to buy them back if you want them ? Fourth Toyota from them and pretty sure it will be my last . Have not had good luck with this franchise .
