Two Months Without License Plates! 5/10/2021

It has been 58 days since I bought a car at this dealership which I paid in full on the spot and after almost two months still no license plates in sight...Salesperson won't return my texts and they won't follow up on any of my emails regarding this issue... What is the purpose of having a new car if it cannot be driven because the temp plate is expired and they won't issue a new one because "the person in charge of requesting the permanent plates will have to redo the paperwork again..." The only advice they give is to be patient and wait until they arrive...SMH more

Very Poor Dealership 4/2/2021

I purchased my vehicle on 2-11-21. They gave me a 20 day temporary plate and said they would call me when the plate came in. 19 days later I called them and they did not know where the plate was. It is now 4-2-21 a total of 50 days and still no plate and Brandon Welch (business Manager) will not answer me on the plates. I have had to get the Attorney General involved. more

Floor mats 1/3/2021

As though they were removed . I mean floor mats are removed and then you have to buy them back if you want them ? Fourth Toyota from them and pretty sure it will be my last . Have not had good luck with this franchise . more

Not like Toyota used to be 9/12/2014

We have had 4 Toyotas, and this will be our last. Last service was done and not 30 miles later in a rain storm, the washers had no fluid. Our tires were wore after 15K miles and was told the tires they put on new cars are not made to last. These were rotated every 5K miles by AutoNation. The cup holder got stuck and would not open, was charged $85 to get it unstuck. The service sucks anymore and I don't think the cars are made as good as they were 10 years ago. It over! more

Overall Bad Service and LIE about needed repairs 5/29/2014

If I could put zero stars I would. Poor customer service. Lied about oil pan leak. Wanted to fix for $1500. I found this strange since no oil in garage. Got 2nd opionion at an honest garage (Powers) and no leak. Not to mention trying to get recalls done. They never want to fix. They want an appointment for every thing. Plus service staff are just plan rude. Cant imagine how this place stays in business. My grandmother had the similar interactions. more

No Faith Maintenance Dept 11/21/2011

Bad: Made a appointment at 7am to change a $450 sensor that was not in stock at an earlier visit - waited 31/2 hours - then started complaining - indicated it was a different sensor - charged $108 for vacuum sensor, matching vacuum sensor on other side was $50 previous week - what if $350 sensor was in stock on previous visit, would they have charged $350 plus when engine light came back on another $108 for this second sensor? They indicated they had no control over check engine lights. I left shaking my head .. more

True con artists, the epitome of sleazey car sales. Ripping off senior citizens for every penny they can. Outrageous prices, deceptive sales and maintenance practices. If you don't know what you're doing, they will take you for everything they can. more

Holy Cow 7/8/2010

Their place is huge. I've never seen that many Toyota's which was nice as we were able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for instead of settling for a color/options we thought about at another local Nissan dealer. Worked a fair deal with us and the saleperson was more than kind in making sure we had all the information we needed and encouraged us to call if we had any additional questions. Thanks for an outstanding experience! more
