We recently moved into a new home and had an issue with our AC unit. Essig’s was the company who had installed our unit, so we gave them a call. They were extremely helpful! Laurie whom I spoke with in the office was so nice when helping me schedule an appointment, (She was able to get us a technician out the next day) when she realized we were new home owners and that they had installed and maintained most of the major Hvac appliances in the home she was able to give me information on installation and service dates. BrIan our technician arrived within the scheduled time frame and quickly diagnosed that our issue wasn’t with the unit itself, but the power coming to it. He gave us the name and contact information for the electrician who installed our unit. But while he was there gave us a quick rundown on our ac unit and heat pump and showed us how to take care of simple maintenance such as where to change the filter. Great info for a new home owner!! I also appreciated that the sent a text and email confirmation for our appointment and called when the technician was on the way. Great service all the way around!! Thank you!!
