August sold me the equipment, was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. Both Chris and Angelo did the install and they were here all day, tore all old equipment out and reinstalled the "TRANE" HVAC" system. They went about their work quickly and without a lot of breaks and put all old equipment in two areas of my property. When they were finish with the install, they cleaned up the two junk piles and left it spotless. Chris finished up with going over the operation of the complete HVAC package, helped us install the program on our "smart phones", rechecked inside and outside to make sure no junk left behind and then made sure we were happy and able to work our new system and then left.
