From Sales to Installation Outstanding! 6/15/2020

August sold me the equipment, was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. Both Chris and Angelo did the install and they were here all day, tore all old equipment out and reinstalled the "TRANE" HVAC" system. They went about their work quickly and without a lot of breaks and put all old equipment in two areas of my property. When they were finish with the install, they cleaned up the two junk piles and left it spotless. Chris finished up with going over the operation of the complete HVAC package, helped us install the program on our "smart phones", rechecked inside and outside to make sure no junk left behind and then made sure we were happy and able to work our new system and then left. more

Air conditioner annual service call 6/10/2020

Shauna P. was very professional, polite and friendly when setting up the appointment. Dave L. was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He explained some things about the humidifier that no one else from Tudi had told me about. He also told me about the model of air conditioner that I have may not be able to be fixed and/or charged if it becomes broken because they do not make this model anymore. Over all this was a greatest service call on my air conditioner from your company. more

We have been using Tudi Mechanical for heating, AC, and plumbing for several years. The office staff (Lynda in the most recent case) are very responsive than the service technicians (John P) for our recent annual winter inspection are very thorough and provide clear answers to one's questions. We are very satisfied with the level of service we get from Tudi. Rating 5 out of 5. more

Plumbing work in home 6/6/2019

Recently had some plumbing work requested ...got quick and very good service. Tudi usually sends same technician...so they are always familiar to your home and any related problems that had occurred with the furnace, air, or any plumbing work that was done. You don't have to explain any past issues that you have had. I highly recommend this company to any one needing their services. Always on time and very thorough. more

Furnace / Air Conditioner Estimate through Installation 5/8/2019

Mark was responsive and professional throughout the entire process noted above. He thoroughly reviewed my existing system, determined what I needed to maintain / improve current heating and cooling, measured and listed all required parts, and carefully explained his determinations with me. The installation could not have gone better for two reasons. The first being that the service technicians were highly skilled and qualified to perform the work. Secondly, all parts, fittings, etc., were ordered and on board their trucks as a result of Mark's careful attention to detail. The entire process from start to finish was refreshing. more

The installation team of Mike Beech and Taee Garrison replaced my old furnace and air conditioner today (5/2/19). The were extremely professional, responsible, and careful with every aspect of the installation. I am very particular about any work being performed in my home and both Mike and Taee exceeded my expectations. I could not have asked for a better team for my installation. more

This is the first time I have dealt with Tudi and I will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to friends and family. From my initial phone call and Mark N coming out, it was a very good experience. I received the estimate, was explained how things would proceed and it was exactly as Mark said. Then Tae arrived on the scheduled date, right on time and installation of furnace and air conditioner went perfectly. From start to finish, communication and everything, I was treated with respect and all questions answered. Tae and his assistant were very neat and cleaned up everything. They were also very careful around my appliances. I am very impressed and satisfied with the complete service and the professionalism I received from Tudi. more
