Review content:
3 person team installed HVAC (furnace and A.C) at my home. The two furnce installers were very good, conscientious, and went the extra mile. The A/C installer however is another story....installed a new A/C pad and placed the new A/C unit on the pad and that was it. Never hooked up the A/C. The company sent another technician out to inspect the unit and he completed the job the initial installer should have done. Overall, I would give the whole experience a 4 out of 5. I would have rated this company a 5 had it not been for the unfortunate experience with the A/C installation and the lack of professionalism on the part of the installer. The company is very good regarding customer satisfaction and all my dealings with them have been very satisfactory. Any problems, they are quick to follow up and get resolved. I would recommend this company with the exception of the person that installed my A/C unit.
