Review content:
Terrible company and strongly suggest avoiding. They were prompt to come to house and evaluate a mold remediation. They committed to having the results within 48-72 hours which was required in order to complete sale closing requirements. Multiple phone calls and voice messages were left on several phone number (not kidding!!!) listed on the invoice. Finally a representative called back thinking it was a new job...and basically said the result are provided when available and did not care what the first representative committed to. It cost $1650.00 but the results were no longer needed as as I hired another remediation company come in to test and take care of the problem.
