Businiess name:  Law Office-Scott Irvin Brear

Review content:
After being appointed as my wife’s Probate Court attorney Mr. Brear, according to his billing records, has met with my wife one-time and has spoken less then 200 words to her in fourteen months. After a two-hour meeting with my wife’s daughter’s boyfriend, he began promoting the daughter’s addenda. Within eight days after a Shasta County Court order restraining the daughter from seeing her mother expired Scott Brear began sending threatening emails to me that if I did not abide by the daughter’s wishes he would have my wife’s son and I removed as co-conservators of my wife. The Shasta County Districts Attorney has filed five counts of felony elder abuse and assault charges against the daughter and her boyfriend (Case # F 19-07823-02) Mr. Bear is now billing my wife for $2150 after showing zero interest in representing my wife’s wishes or best interest. There is currently a new Court Stay Away Order in place restraining the daughter and her boyfriend from contacting my wife and I, and Mr. Brear is still promoting the daughter’s addenda by assisting the daughter’s son in a probate Court hearing. The Courts should never allow this attorney to continue being a hand grenade in probate cases. Beware of this attorney.
