J.A. Bertsch kept us apprised of Keith's arrival time. While it was a bit after the scheduled window, the choice was left to us to proceed and make sure it fit in with our schedule. Communication (in regards to time) was key and Keith's service and attention to detail was worth the wait. Our auxiliary heater had some challenges and it pretty much just needed a long over due servicing. Keith explained his process along the way and finished the job in a timely manner. As with the other J.A. Bertsch employees that we have worked with, Keith was professional and maintained a clean/safe work area. Thank you.
