Review content:
The plumbing team were very nice and professional. While they did unclog the bathtub drain (albeit maybe only temporarily because apparently the obstacle causing the clog is deep within the pipes and the snake would have broken), we were given instructions to use boiling water and bleach daily for one month to possibly dislodge the obstacle entirely.
I'm giving the rating a "6" only due to cost. $350 to snake the bathtub drain and also caulk around the toilet is much too costly. Another plumber in the area (after I had already made the appt with Magnolia) gave me an estimate of $200 (without the caulking), however, I couldn't change the dates (the $200 plumber wasn't available when Magnolia was). I expected a much thicker caulking around the rim / base of the toilet, I could have done the caulking myself.
I appreciate the professionalism, the team themselves were wonderful but the cost was too high, I will not use again due to the cost.
