My name is Danielle, my husband and I have lived at Signal view for almost 5 years now. I am pregnant so we are moving into a house as we need more space. One reason we moved into a Condo was to have assistance with any maintenance issues and not having to fool with everything ourselves. We have never had any issues while living here with the exception of small repairs, getting our air con serviced, the sink leaked a bit and needed our toilet replaced. We would call the office and then usually the very next day our repairs would be complete.
My husband travels a lot for work so I am at home a lot of the time by myself. I have always felt safe and have never felt afraid here being by myself. I will really miss Signal view.
