Review content:
There may be people here that care, but it isn't everyone. Techs and nurses are not always present, leaving kids alone. None of these kids are in a great place and some of them will lash out at others, especially when not supervised. They do not communicate with the parents/guardians about anything that goes on in here, and will make make decisions about medication asking for permission after the changes has been made. They make no effort to separate people who are having issues, opting to leave people who are dealing with major emotional issues in a hostile environment, which seems like the opposite of what you would want when trying to help people overcome trauma. Don't take your children and loved ones here, there are better options in the area, even if this is a referral. For everyone you see who cares there is so many more who don't and who will try to keep your loved one trapped here. They don't even deserve that one star, they are just despicable.
