Last evening our air-conditioning stopped. It was a Saturday evening so I called Harned Durham for an emergency call. Jarred said that he had two customers ahead of me. I explained to him that we have a child who is on a respirator and she could not tolerate the extreme heat. Jarred spoke with the customer ahead of us and they graciously allowed him to come to us first. Jarred fixed the problem immediately. My granddaughter wanted to meet her 'hero' and she told him 'that an angel sent him to help her breathe' better. We all thanked him for 'going the extra mile'.
