Tan, from Magnolia plumbing, arrived on time and immediately checked out the AC unit. He listened to my description of the problem and looked at the power lines until he found the cause, a stripped wire near the house. He was able remove the power box (please excuse my incorrect terms!)and pull out clean wires, cut the then rewire the power to the unit outside and that was that! I was happy he found the problem and came up with a solution...I kept his business card for the next time.
