The technician that Magnolia sent to our home, Saeid Fotouri, was very thorough and efficient in fixing the problem with our air conditioning. We have an older home that has a complicated multi unit and multi-zone set up and Saeid took the time to thoroughly evaluate our systems and efficiently address the issues so that our a/c was back up and running as quickly as possible. In addition, he was professional and courteous and he took the time to politely explain exactly what he had found and how he addresses the problems. Thank you!
