I've sent my twin boys to Park Slope Pediatric Dental for most of the 19 years they have been alive -- since they first had teeth. They've received good service from Dr. Azrak (whose office is no longer on Union Street -- it's been on 6th Avenue near St. John's Place for several years). His staff is very friendly and responsive. We get email reminders of their appointments. Billing is straightforward. The office stays on schedule. I recently called to request the X-rays of my sons' wisdom teeth so I could sent them to the oral surgeon and Dr. Azrak's staff emailed them right away. When my wife called to discuss the reasons he recommended removal of the lower wisdom teeth, Dr. Azrak got on the phone and explained it to her.
