Review content:
All previous reviews were by the past manager before it went corporate run. Ridiculous slip lease, tenants have NO rights or recources. My slip fees have been raised 4 times, I've been overbilled ever month for the last six months. Parking gates/passes don't work half of the time and the pool is always cold. Management only cares about more money.
