All previous reviews were by the past manager before it went corporate run. Ridiculous slip lease, tenants have NO rights or recources. My slip fees have been raised 4 times, I've been overbilled ever month for the last six months. Parking gates/passes don't work half of the time and the pool is always cold. Management only cares about more money. more

The marina does not have a guest dock, however, there are some transient slips occasionally open for welcome guests - please call for availability. Some liveaboard options are available but they are subject to Port of San Diego regulations. Call the Marina Office at 619-291-5985 for information and slip assignment. Please remember your registration and insurance upon check in... then enjoy your visit with us! more

Two gate passes and two parking passes are allocated to each slip. There is a nominal deposit fee of $10.00 per gate key and $25.00 per parking pass. more

The following fees are in effect as of January 1, 2011: • 25' Doubles Slips $375.00 per month • 30' Single Slips $490.00 per month • 30' Doubles Slips $450.00 per month • 35' Slips $16.00 per foot • 40' Slips $17.00 per foot • 50' - 90' Slips $18.00 per foot Please note that per foot prices are based on the LOA (length overall) including all overhangs (swim steps, bow sprits, davits, etc.) or the length of the slip, whichever is greater. Slip rates quoted here are subject to change. more

With 525 slips, Marina Cortez can offer a wide selection ranging from 25' to 90'. Both single and double slips are available, as well as selected in-line and end-tie options.
