Review content:
When you want to sue him, use the true name of the business listed above. He hires clowns, no repairs, opened our storage unit and ruined a shop vac after a flood (then left it unlocked and we had hand guns stored there). We fought him for 13 months, withheld rent and then he paid us another months rent to settle. We bought a house with the money saved. Just hope that karma gets his ass for the rest of you sooner than later.
