Really want to give Mike D five stars for diagnosing the problem with our AC units which (though practically new) kept breaking down year after year. He made the effort to crawl under the house to really check the coils and found they were not compatible with the AC unit as was the problem with the attic coils. He did not just fix the symptom. What a relief! We know this was a tough job. We were happy that he was the guy who came out recently to do our annual AC maintenance. Thanks to Mike and his helpers.
