This place is AWFUL! Horrible facility and even more horrible owner! What sort of animal care facility only has hours on 9:00-9:30 am and 6:00-6:30 pm having someone there with the dogs for ONE hour!? Once we arrived in town and tried to pick them up NO ONE was there and our dogs would have to be locked up with no one for another 5 hours when they could be home with us! And once I finally got through to the owner, his response was, “I’ve already been there this morning, now I’m home. I’ll see you at 6:00. Bye” And then he hung up. After reading multiple reviews, we’re now worried for the health and safety of our dogs bc NUMEROUS dogs have left this facility with injuries or have even DIED! I’ve called the police and the Better Business Bureau. My sole mission now is to make sure this place gets shut down! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!
