My sons truck was towed to Luposellos on a Saturday night after 11:00pm and they charged us a storage fee for Saturday and Sunday when they were closed. I paid over $400 just for the tow and 2 days storage. The owner JR and worker were rude to both my husband and I. They also do terrible body work! I brought my new truck into them some years ago for a new bumper and the paint started peeling less than 2 weeks later. When I brought it back JR the owner had an attitude and said, “ok do you want a new bumper??” Um yes, of course I would like my new truck with new bumper not to have paint peel! They put another bumper on just for it to peel again. I never returned it nor got it fixed. I didn’t want to deal with the owner again. I still have the truck and the bumper is all peeled and looks like crap! I would highly recommend NOT to go there!
