I was so worried throughout this raccoon removal process but during the entire time frame the Critter Control people were on top of this and always reassuring. They knew the situation and worked through various steps. Then, with a week to go before my summer renters came in, the raccoons were out of the house - one-way-door device worked! Mama raccoon and her three youngsters were gone (and not harmed in any way).
They finished up by securing all of the possible entry points so to stop a future residency.
Thank you, Critter Control people whom I worked with on this and the constant updates via email as to what was happening.
