Technicians are professional, neat, on time and always answered my many questions. I will certainly use their services again if I need them.

It took a few days to get scheduled, and then a few days to determine that the animal was not still under the sunroom and then subsequently remove said dead animal. John was patient and answered all my questions. He gave me ideas on who could fix the mess under the sunroom and how to block things up so no more animals will move in. I would not hesitate to call them again if I have too, but really hope I don’t have to. Jane more

Crew from office staff to field techs are great! 3/10/2020

We have used Critter Control in the past to move a family of raccoons. Also they patched up the entrance to prevent other occurrences. Critter Control also arrives during the window they promise. We had them out again today for another job, they came out and gave us an assessment in a prompt, professional manner. They do the work without hurting the animals which is very important to us. more

We were not at our Cape home when a neighbor called indicating a raccoon might have returned. Paul came over the same day. Spoke with our neighbor and resolved the possible issue. Very much appreciated more

Great job throughout 7/7/2019

I was so worried throughout this raccoon removal process but during the entire time frame the Critter Control people were on top of this and always reassuring. They knew the situation and worked through various steps. Then, with a week to go before my summer renters came in, the raccoons were out of the house - one-way-door device worked! Mama raccoon and her three youngsters were gone (and not harmed in any way). They finished up by securing all of the possible entry points so to stop a future residency. Thank you, Critter Control people whom I worked with on this and the constant updates via email as to what was happening. more

Between Paul and Peter we were very pleased with the service provided. They explained what they were doing. They followed up. They were successful. And...........exceptional to work with. It is expensive, but worth it when working with professionals who know what they are doing and clearly care.If needed we would not hesitate to call on them again. more

removal of bird's nest 6/18/2019

Russ was a polite, competent person. He was very persistent in getting out all the nest debris, etc. that the starling had put in our vent pipe. He used safety measures (gloves, mask, etc.) and had the proper equipment for such a difficult place to access. He kept us informed as to what he was doing. I can highly recommend Russ and Critter Control for the job done. Time spent and equipment used justified the price. more

First rate service 5/31/2019

Critter Control impressed me with their professionalism. Nick responded to my call and explained the service. When he quoted the cost, I admit I paused before accepting. Then Paul arrived promptly, and skillfully removed two uninvited snakes from the property. He inspired confidence thanks to his knowledge and competence. Given our satisfaction and peace of mind, this job was a very positive experience well worth the price. more

Squirrels in the Attic 5/9/2019

Rus from CCCC was at appointment early and when I arrived he had already identified entry point where squirrels had chewed hole into our attic. Rus explained strategy on removal and began process immediately. Recommend highly. more

Cape Cod Critters 4/3/2019

I contacted Critter Control of Cape Cod after being alerted to a rat problem in our back yard. Russell Tremblay of Critter Control of Cape Cod came by and educated me to the activities of rats, mice and other critters on the Cape. He was very informative and I learned a lot especially many of the entry points into the house. He was friendly and represented his company well. I would recommend them to anyone with residential or business critter issues. more
