I had a very poor experience with Hudson Valley Bus Company. The buses arrived late for pickup for my guest due to traffic. As a result, my guests arrived over 20 minutes late to our 1 hour cocktail hour. After the wedding I asked for some type of reimbursement and was told "we cannot control traffic, nor guarantee arrival times".
The president took over 10 days to respond to by issue and never actually called me. I would highly recommend Red Oak Transportation. I used them for my limo and regret not using them for my buses.
