Bad Experience 6/28/2019

I had a very poor experience with Hudson Valley Bus Company. The buses arrived late for pickup for my guest due to traffic. As a result, my guests arrived over 20 minutes late to our 1 hour cocktail hour. After the wedding I asked for some type of reimbursement and was told "we cannot control traffic, nor guarantee arrival times". The president took over 10 days to respond to by issue and never actually called me. I would highly recommend Red Oak Transportation. I used them for my limo and regret not using them for my buses. more

So So 10/22/2005

I traveled to Foxwood casino on this bus line this week. The bus arrived alittle late and then got stuck in traffic. We arrived at the casino 20 minutes after the bingo game started that we were going to. The bus could have been on time if the driver pulled up to the area where he was suppose to pick up the patrons. Instead he was in another spot then came over to pick us up and then went back to the first spot he was in to pick up 2 older people so they didn't have to walk. Although that was very nice of him it made alot of us angry. When we arrived to the casino we had to rush and try to find seats and started playing around the 6th game. more
