Hickory Towing and owner Matthew Cilento,run a very unprofessional, unethical and border line criminal bussiness.Not only has he not upheld the conditions and stipulations set forth in his application to conduct business in the city of chesapeake, dated may 13,2015,but has decided to lie to customers about what they need to get a vehicle released and or personal items out of vehicle.Seems Mr.Matthew Cilento goes by whatever is working for him that day instead of following law set down by the state.He is rude, unapproachable, very unprofessional, and border line thug.stay away.how many more people have to get lawyers, and State police involved to simply get back what is rightfully theres.
